"Art of the Sea"I spent the day driving up the coast of New England yesterday, stopping only for food and wine and to walk along the beach. I've been so passionate tasting the local cuisine here in New England that I got up early this morning and just created my own version of a seafood breakfast inspired by my day the sea. I marinated my culinary "Art of the Sea" breakfast in tons of butter, fresh garlic, ground peppercorns, parsley, mushrooms, some crushed red pepper to give a tiny bite, and then added lots, and lots of cream and grated romano cheese and just let my pasta marinate in my seafood cream sauce.
